What are the career options which a person can look at after completing M.Tech

Is it true that after pursuing M.Tech, student have no option other than teaching?and if not what are the other option for an unexperienced M.Tech. qualified person??

No, it is not totally true. People with M.Tech qualification are also absorbed in the industries as well mainly by the larger corporate houses who have a separate department ( or an associated profit centre) in the field of Research or Design or Product Development. After Btech , I did not do mTech & drop for 2 yrs in Searching of job but did not get till now . and so now i want to do Mtech so that I opt for teaching proffesion. Is this a right step or not??.Will any how this 2 yrs gap make me lag in this proffesion becoz i didnot get any experience till now

Basically M.Tech is required for Professor level in Engineering Colleges. This is AICTE norms for regular professor in Engineering college. May be depends upon the employer who is looking for M.Tech. for some position.
