Hi,
IIPM is a reputed institute offering BBA and MBA programs but yes the institute is autonomous.
There are many other Universities and University affiliated institutes which offers BBA and to know about those, kindly refer to the following link:

On this question the opinion may differ from person to person. What I feel is, firstly as you are doing BBA from IIPM, they have a placement cell available for there students so they will definitely help you to get a job placement. Secondly, when you go for a job after doing your BBA the employ
