What are the career prospects after completing diploma in IT from polytechnic?
I finished Diploma in IT.

Polytechnics is not enough today to get good job in company in software field you also have to go for Btech after diploma in engineering to get job in MNCS in software field

Praveen you definitely need to go in for BTech or BE in IT or CSC to complete your education. However, if you feel you cannot go in for full time course you can also go in for part time Engineering. I had colleagues with me working in Industry who have done the same and are quiet successful today.
