The candidates can find large number of job opportunities after completing M.Tech. If they want they can go for more higher qualification like PhD after it. The candidates can find job opportunities in both private and public sector firms.
But most candidates after finishing their M.Tech prefer going for teaching jobs.
Almost all institute like IITs, NITs, IITTs, govt.universities like HPU, DU, KU, private universities like Amity, LPU etc are offering M.Techs in different branches.
    Check their websites for details.
    Good luck.
