I am a B.com graduate. I have 3.5 years of work experience in the banking collections operation department. Currently I am pursuing full time MBA.

Hii, you have not specified you current semester.
But if your mathematical and financial skills are good then your specialization adopted is just perfect.
There is very good placement in Finance stream, so many companies private or public, so many Banks, etc can recruit you.
