Hi, MBA in logistics and supply chain management is a good course to pursue and it offers good career prospects and excellent growth opportunities. Since logistics and supply chain management includes wide range of activities,hence there are numerous job opportunities after successfully completing this course, possible career could be supply chain managers,consultants or analysts. After completing this course you may get opportunities to work in planning and policy making, motivation, evaluation, product development and inventory control. Logistics and supply chain management MBA graduates get to work as general operations managers, responsible for budgets, hiring and training employees as well as equipment procurement and policy development. You may also end up working in manufacturing development and operations managing in production planning, forecasting, quality control and process analysis or in service operations, working as internal consultants and quality analysts. The remuneration of MBA in logistics and supply chain management graduates is dependent upon the type of organizations that takes them in. Freshers may earn around Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 30,000 each month. With increase in experience individuals can make as much as Rs. 40,000 - Rs. 80,000 every month.
