There are a lot of benefits for MBA, such as:
1. Career growth is good.
2. You can join in the management role.
3. You can grow in earning and skills.
4. You can explore the world of corporate sector with the best of you. There you need to understand if you do MBA from known universities like Amity University, Lovely Professional University, Xavier School of Management, Symbiosis University etc. Then chances are very good. Few of these universities provides extensive learning programs and exposure to the students. I would like to say if you give CAT and selected in IIM Ahmadabad then pace will be very fast. -
Post MBA, one can make a career in general management in the field of specialisation and then based on performance & learning ability move up the managerial hierarchy. One can join as a manager & grow up the CEO position during your entire corporate career. In case, you start your own business, then you can also become a promoter and in turn hire professionals to work for your & become tomorrows business leader.

6 years agoYou can do some special courses that relate to your MBA specialisation or you can go for Ph.D. Also, after your MBA. But doing a job after MBA is good as you already hold a Master's degree.
