If you are looking for money, then it may not be a good option. The organisations who are looking for CSR activities, to expand business in rural areas may open job opportunities for someone with PGDM in rural management.

You should relate your Undergraduate, work experince and then chose accordingly other simply doing PGDM is not going to help you.
