    Correspondence MBA is primarily pursued by people who are employed and wish to opt for higher studies with out leaving their jobs. While on job, they can learn and aim at career progression within the industry. For fresh pass outs and inexperienced, a regular MBA is feasible.

    If you are working then you can get some benefit for distance MBA , you can assign some new good work at your area , otherwise i suggest you to go for regular MBA degree
