What are the career prospects after M.Com through distance education?

Hi Nira, After the successful completion of M.Com through distance learning, the candidates will be able to find jobs as: 1. Junior Accountants. 2. Bankers. 3. Management Executives. 4. Teachers. 5. Auditors and 6. Accounts Executives in both the private and the public sectors. The career prospects can become brighter if the candidate pursue: 1. Cost Accountancy. 2. Chartered Accountancy and 3. Company Secretary Ship after the M.Com course. You can now apply for various jobs like: 1. Accounts Manager/Executive. 2. Finance Manager/Executive or 3. Finance Analyst. You can also apply for teacher jobs for high school students. However in order to groom your career you need to go for higher studies. You can also do MBA. This would require preparation for entrance exams. Doing an MBA will open up lots of opportunities for you in different industries. The requirement of knowledge of Math is not high in MBA. You can do M.Phil and Ph.D in any of the subjects of your choice (Accountancy, Finance and Banking) and then join the Teaching field as a Professor or Banking Industry.
