What are the career prospects after MCSC +CCNA?

I have taken 12th computer science but due to some issues i had to take ba athm my question is can i move to IT fields after completing this degree? and i am planning to do mcsc+ccna also part time will i get jobs in IT fields after completing this degree and IT certifications im really gud with pc
