What are the career prospects distance MBA?

Hi Ajay, Distance MBA is best suited for working professional by this they may easily maintain balance between their job and studies. The USP of distance education MBA lies in the fact that it provides job-oriented knowledge that can be immediately practised as one works alongside. Distance MBA allows students to enjoy the comfort of learning from their home, at a time which is most convenient for you and does not interfere with their busy work schedule. Hi, Doing MBA in distance mode helps only if you are already employed. However, please note that if you are lagging in career for a very long time and if you think that a distance MBA may help you, then such MBA programme may not come to your rescue. Yes, despite of you are a good performer, excellent in your work with track records but due to organisation's policy organisation cannot promote, you in such case it is helpful. Second, whenever you plan to change your company and in that case, such MBA programme comes to your rescue and will be helpful. But please note that 1. This should be MBA not Pg Diplomas from institutes like SCDL, welingkar etc 2. The institute must be well reputed, recognized and good. Few examples are University of Madras, Pondicherry University, Kurukshetra University, Anna University, Bharati Vidyapeeth etc. 3. For safer side, if you want to move to teaching in future or for research and higher studies, please check there should be a separate approval from DEB as well as AICTE 4. Always prefer an evening MBA or a part time MBA from institutes like JNTU, FMS Delhi, K J Somiaya Mumbai, Welingkar Mumbai (3 years part time), executive MBA from Symbiosis Pune, NMIMS Mumbai and Bangalore (Please note, executive MBA not PG Diploma) 5. Avoid institutes like KSOU, universities from rajasthan, MP, Chhatisgarh, North east and Himachal Pradesh. They are violating norms and highly controversial

Distance MBA is some good for those who are working , otherwise i suggest to go for regular course
