    Hello,
    The hotel industry is a growing industry in India and has great career prospects. If one has the passion to serve guests then he/she should go to a good hotel management college wherein they can choose any of the department from the 4 core department of the hotel.
    1) Front Office
    2) Housekeeping
    3) Food Production
    4) Food and Beverage Service
    Depending on the interest of the person, one can go for any of the departments, and can crack the interview for a management trainee program or hotel operational trainee program.

    There are a plethora of opportunities for a hotel management graduate in both India and abroad.
    There are basically four departments in a hotel such as Food Production, Food and Beverage Service, Front Office and Housekeeping and a hotel management graduate can get a job in any one of these departments as a supervisor or assistant manager initially.
    Companies recruit fresh graduates directly from premier hotel management colleges for their management trainee program. A candidate can directly become an assistant manager after completing the management trainee program.
