Determining labor requirements and dispatch workers to construction sites. Inspecting and reviewing projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations. Interpreting and explaining plans and contract terms to administrative staff, workers, and clients, representing the owner or developer. Preparing contracts and negotiating revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors. Average salary is around INR 7-8 Lacs/annum. Skills required are- Critical Thinking: Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses.
