after 12th you can do many courses like ba, bba, bca, b pharma, b com, bsc it, bsc med & non med (if you have done 12th in sci stream), dip in jouranalim, dmlt. bhms, bems etc. choice of courses depends upon your subjects at 12th level and your interest in a particular field.
