what are the carrer prospects for a diploma mehanical engineer after doing automation courses offered by technocrat chennai and smec labs

these institutes cover plc programming on different brands of plc, scadda and drives trainng because I am mechanical engineer and I have liking for automation, especially pneumatics and hydraulic automation and plc programming, after lots of research I could find these institutes please help me.
