Hi Shamma, Typical outline of a News reader and his responsibilities: -How to stay confident on the TV screen -About the TV news channel and its workings -What one should expect when he or she step inside the news room -Voice modulation -Working of teleprompter -Importance and various effects of studio lights -Working and importance of Croma Screen *There are online/certificate courses offered by different News Channels like: -AAJ Tak -India News -Headlines today *Diploma in News/Programme Anchoring *Diploma in Anchoring and Reporting Audience & Eligibility: -Any individual with basic command over Hindi or English laguage(s) and aspiring to make a career in Indian TV & Radio industry & with atleast class 10th/ higher secondary pass. -Students already pursuing various graduations degree and diploma courses in Mass Communication, Journalism, Media from other institutes/ colleges or universities can also apply and join the training classes.
