what are the chance to get job after ms according to current situation?

hi , i am B.E software engineer have 2 year experience in( java/php) in india planning to do ms in uk (computer science) what are the chances to get job after ms according to current situation? can student visa convert to work visa ? if yes then what will be the expected salary ?
