Cut off for FMS Delhi was 98.54 last year. If you score 98+, then depending on your profile, you might get shortlists from MDI, new IIMs, etc,. With good percentile, you should have good profile as well.

Hi, Your chances in other colleges like the IIMs depends on your UG percentage, Boards percentage and your interview scores. In case of FMS, it will depend on you getting a shortlist and there on your personal interview and extempore score

Its not just your CAT percentile that counts. Almost all IIMs place some weight to your prior academic performance.
