Hi Vidushi, There are fair chances of Non - Maharashtra students of getting the above mentioned colleges under All India Category seats as per DTE Maharashtra for MS and PGDM programs. In colleges such as SIMSREE & PUMBA seats reserved for Maharashtra students are more as compared to All India Categ

There is a chance for students into such college, around 20% are reserved for other than Maharashtra candidates.

All mentioned colleges have 15% seats reserved for All India Catagory Seats. And, cut offs of all these colleges for all India seats are above 99.9 percentile for all exams.

Hi Vidushi, So, for getting into PGDM of KJ Somaiya, it's purely based on the merit rank you get. There is equal opportunity for every aspirant whether Maharashtra or non Maharashtra.
