What are the chances of getting a visa from Fraser International College, Canada? Is this college listed under SPP?

To make things clear, please note that universities don't grant visas. Any university can only grant you admission to a course you applied to. Student visas are granted by the Canadian Embassy and consulates, and admission to college and visa applications are two very different processes.
Sorry, Fraser international college is not under the SPP. However a similar named university, Fraser Valley University, is under SPP.
