CAT seats belongs to All India Catagory seats which are open. All India Cut offs are generally higher than state level cut offs. So, chances of getting good or average college at this score is minimal. -
CAT falls under All India category and has only open seats. The cutoffs for CAT is 99.95 percentile. You could try giving MAH-CET, if you are a Maharashtra domicile student.
