You do stand a fair chance of getting a call from Welingkar as they consider an overall score of your GDPI, your academics, your extracurricular and your percentile. Now converting the call totally depends on how well your GDPI goes.

I'm done with my GDPI in Welingkar phase 1. Decent GD and very good PI. Do I stand a chance for PGDM core?

I don't know about Welingkar because the last year cut-off was 97-98 percentile with a Work Experience (must) for the PGDM Core .If you are expecting a good Infrastructure, faculties from the Industry, Better Placement Opportunities, you should apply for MET college which is in Bandra (W), Mumbai.
