There is a lot to do apart from score if you desire admission abroad. You need to give IELTS or TOEFL and also, your CV should be quite an attractive one with a number of co-curriculars, internships, publications, etc.

Foreign universities do not only take admission on the basis of your score. Co-curricular activities, internships and publications matter a lot. It is your complete CV that is scrutinized. Also, you have to give IELTS or TOEFL exam.
