What are the chances of getting placement after MBA if my graduation marks are below average but my MBA marks are far better?

My graduation score is between 40 - 50 percent due to health issues but now I can study and I am serious to give my best in MBA but I am scared of the placement.

If you have less than 50% marks in graduation, the chances to get admission in MBA are very less in good B-schools. If you get admission, you will definitely face challenges in campus placement as you may get filtered out in pre selection process, even before GD/PI round.
