What are the chances of me getting into a reputed B-School in India or abroad if I have completed my B.Com degree from a state university?

I am pursuing my general B.Com degree from a State University and have an average grade in my school. What are my chances of getting into a reputed B-School abroad or in India? Also, what can I do to enhance my profile to get into these schools and cover for my past activities?
