What are the chances of placement for an average student with an engineering background?

Asked about Birla Institute of Management Technology - PGDM in International Business

I have scored 87 percentile in CAT and want to pursue IB specialisation course.The other options I have include Nirma, Great Lakes & NIBM.

    You must join with the mindset of becoming excellent - the performance during PGDM matters more than your past background in most of the cases.

    Placement depends upon your grades in B.Tech and M.Tech. It also depends on from which college or institute you are doing your engineering. It depends on placement records of that specific institute.If you are doing engineering from IIT, NIT, BITS, UPES, SRM, VIT, FIT etc then you have a great placement. Hope you have understood.
