What are the chances that CSAB announces a spot round counselling this year?

I withdrew my seat from IIIT trichy and now waiting for the CSAB decision.

CSAB has announced that it will not be holding any spot admissions this year. But they will take a decision about vacant seats in various NIT+ on 5th of August, that is tomorrow. Do check their official site for announcement regularly. Wish you all the very best.
