What are the chances to do my PhD on Gravitational Waves Astronomy in Europe? Please inform me the possible universities.

I am a MSc. student in Calcutta, India. I am interested in Gravitational Waves, its theory and experiments. I am also doing projects on this field in few institutes in India, like IUCAA, IISER Kolkata etc. Please give me info about the universities where I can go for PhD with scholarship.
