6 years agoHello Avirath, Approaching different companies for recruitment is an ongoing process for placements cell if any college. LPU is no exception. But then no one reveals as to how many were approached and how many finally turned up. Many a times it's a question of internal dynamics of these companies also. As regards CTC or basic package, colleges have quite less say. Its again dependent on market forces. Best wishes to you. -
