F you have the mind of an accountant and wish to stick to finance and accountancy, then an MCom will be useful. But if you are confident of your managerial skills and would like to leap into managerial profession, then an MBA is not a bad idea. Being a BCom, an MBA in Finance or Banking and Finance

MBA

CFA
CS
ACCA
Bank PO

Think twice before dropping IPCC.
