    Hi Manoj,
    You can consider going for a more practical, professional course like an MBA, PGDM or post-graduate program in Events Management and PR, International Hotel Management and International Business Management etc. All these courses that I have listed have high growth potential and will provide with you a great career path. So, if you're interested in changing your field from history,consider doing an MBA in the above three listed fields. There are several options you can look at, like Indian Institute of Learning and Advanced Development (INLEAD), Amity University and Sharda University etc. for pursuing the above courses.

    You should go for a aphd from a college giving you the best research facilities of a good faculty, library etc, Check from osmania, lovely professional univ, jamia millia etc
