LLB is always a better option for a CS. As a company secretary, you may need to handle compliance, litigation and legal correspondence too. Corporate shows a kind of preference to combination of CS + LLB or CA + CS depend on the type of organisation. You should pursue LLB over MBA. Later on, after s
