What are the course options available for me?

I have done my 10+2 in Arts from hpbse, Dharamshala. i have got 45% marks

You can do BA Fine or BFA. Generally admission in both these programs is being offered on passing of 12th.therefore admission are on the basis of first come first serve. Check for well established universities like GNDU, Lovely Professional University, VIT etc for admission.
