What are the course options available other than M.Tech after B.Tech?

MBA would be a better option for you incase you are sure that you do not want to do M.Tech. You can also do specialized courses in AUTOCAD.

There are many courses like MBA for you , you can join any good business school , i suggest you to prepare for exam for MBA for get admission in to-p MBA colleges, because if you not get job then you have to go for any course after Btech , if you do nothing then it cause a big gap in your education
