    Both the course you mentioned are two different course and both offers good career prospects and excellent growth opportunities.
    If you wish to further make your career in technical field only in that case you may opt MS. Whereas if you wish to make your career in management then in that case you may opt for MBA.
    If you wish to pursue MBA in that case pursuing MBA in IT would be the best option for you.
