Hi Ashika,
In TSM, we offer two programs- MBA and PGDM. During your first year in MBA, you will be educated and trained in all aspects of management. Then you will be sent for 2 months of SIP( Summer Internship Program). Once you come back from SIP, you would be ready to choose the specialization after the industrial exposure, based on your area of interest like Marketing, Finance, HR, Business Analytics, Operations and Systems and Combinations of these courses as Majors, Minors or Assorted.
