Hello Parveen FATA rule allows pilots from defence pilots to join commercial Aviation and serve the airlines as a full time pilot. The selection is also easy and there is a separate lateral entry for defence personnel. If you have retired from any ground job in forces than you may find similar jobs

It depends on what profile you are currently serving with the forces. If you are a pilot and looking forward to fly commercially after leaving the force than it's a wonderful option. FATA rule allows pilots from defence pilots to join commercial Aviation and serve the airlines as a full time pilot.

In that case Praveen ji, the same medical reasons may stop you to fly in commercial aviation as well. Because even our medicals are conducted at Air force establishments. You may although look for some senior level management positions Where retired pilots usually work.
