    Hello Parveen
FATA rule allows pilots from defence pilots to join commercial Aviation and serve the airlines as a full time pilot. The selection is also easy and there is a separate lateral entry for defence personnel. If you have retired from any ground job in forces than you may find similar jobs in Air India specially. There is a specific amount of reservation for retired defence personnel in Air India. I don't have much idea about how other airlines do that. All the best.

It depends on what profile you are currently serving with the forces. If you are a pilot and looking forward to fly commercially after leaving the force than it's a wonderful option.
