What are the courses I can pursue from US?

. I have done BHMS degree from India and PG diploma in clinical research. I have 4+ yrs of experience in drug safety.

Better try and land up there in a job and then do anything along with job.as no course will fetch you job.and your basic qualification and experience can only be helpful in getting you the job there.however it is tough but not impossible.if any company can sponsor or any friend or relative is there
