BTech is provided in various specialisations such as Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, and others. At the postgraduate level, Guru Nanak Institutions Technical Campus offers MPharma,  MBA, and other courses to students.

     CSD (Data Science),  CSE, CSM, CSC, CSO, IT, ECE, EEE, Mech and civil

    CSC- Computer Science Engineering in Cyber security

     CSD- Computer Science Engineering in Data Science 

     CSM- Computer Science Engineering in Machine learning and Artificial Intelligence

    CSO- computer Science and operations

    EEE- Electrical and electronic engineering

    ECE- electronics and communication engineering
