Odisha State Open University (OSOU) is the only state-level university, located in Odisha, meant for imparting education through the system of distance learning. OSOU offers three UG courses, namely BA (Hons), BCom and BBA and three PG courses, including MA, MSc and MCom. It also offers PG diploma, certificate and postgraduate certificate programmes in various fields.
