what are the criteria for doing MBA after PGDM in canada? PGDM has been done in canada itself. MBA from University

Actually I am having very less percentage i.e 52% in B.E.Electrical. So I am not elligible for MBA . So Consulancy suggested me to go for PGDM in Global Buisness Management and after this apply for MBA. I want to do MBA from University. For PGDM, they suggested me Humber College and Lambton College
