Hello, As per the Rules and Regulations Of Government of India. the university Has to be well recognised by UGC DEB AICTE AIU as well as NAAC A approval . Only those University are good for the Distance Education.
If any university does not have the approval of DEB then that University is not applicable for the Distance education. And if any university does not have the approval of AIU then your degree will be not valid for The globe . So basically this is the criteria for selecting university in India.
