Pass class is good enough for taking admission in Bsc.
Now the main thing is the city of your interest. If the city is very well known in term of academics, then the merit list will stop higher above 60%, and it is also affects that from which group (maths or biology) you have cleared your 12th science exam. Hence, it concludes that there is no fix percentage limit for taking admission in B.Sc. It may vary with region or city also.
