The minimal score needed to obtain a B.Tech will vary depending on the category to which you belong. The minimum score required for JEE Mains in the general category will be approximately 89. The JEE Mains minimum cutoff for the OBC category will be approximately 74. There will be a marginally reduced minimum cutoff for the SC/ST category. The cutoff point will be at least 37–51.
