Merit-based admissions are made to all of the institute's courses, subject to space availability. Therefore, when choosing candidates, the results of their most recent qualifying exam are taken into account.

To be eligible for any of the courses, it is also imperative that the course applicants have completed and passed Class 12 from an accredited board.

Candidates must be between the ages of 18 and 28 on the application date.
