The CAT score cut off for admission to IIMs is usually between the 95th and 100th percentile. Minimum CAT percentage is 90%. Top IIMs like IIM Ahmedabad,  IIM Bangalore,  IIM Kolkata,  IIM Lucknow and IIM Kozhikode have higher CAT scores. In tier II MBA colleges the CAT score is usually around 70-80
