For  NEET MDS cut off marks required in percentile:

  • General category - 50th percentile 
  • Sc/St/OBC categories - 40th percentile 
  • PWD-45th percentile 

Cut off marks vary each year.

The minimum qualifying marks for NEET MDS is around 240-250 out of 800 for general .
