Cutoff marks required for UG Diploma varries for various universities. Some universities conduct extrance exam and release the cutoff list based on the marks scored in the exam. Others consider the marks scored in 12th from recognised board.
For instance, The National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology conducts entrance exam and release their cutoff for UG courses. Although you can enroll directly showing your 12th scores from recognised board if you are willing for certificate courses.
