What are the degree courses in computers and their present market demand, should I go for it or other stream(mechanical,electronics) ?

I have just given 12th board exams and am fairly sure of poor results(~45%) and still confident enough to choose any engineering course(be it science or comp.). In the long term - I am interested in any course regarding space science, but don't know how to start with - what about computer courses?
